By accessing our website, registering for an event, submitting an application, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

3. Products and Services
We offer:
Kabira School of Energy provides online and in-person educational programs, professional training and certification programs, courses, workshops, events, coaching, private sessions, digital educational materials, community experiences and related energy, personal development and wellness education services.
Specific details relating to an individual product, service, program or event including deliverables, duration, inclusions and pricing will be provided on the applicable sales, checkout or registration page.
Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and written terms specifically provided for a particular service, the service-specific terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.
4. Payments
You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Prices are displayed in:
USD
Payment may be collected through a third-party payment processor.
You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amounts associated with your purchase.
5. Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is selected, you are agreeing to pay the full purchase price, not purchasing a month-to-month service unless the offer is specifically described as a subscription.
Payments will be charged according to the schedule displayed at checkout or agreed in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to collect the payment again and may suspend access to the applicable product, program or service until your account is brought up to date.
You remain responsible for outstanding payments subject to applicable law and the specific terms of your purchase.
6. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Where you purchase a recurring subscription, your payment method will be charged according to your chosen payment method at checkout and at the price disclosed when you subscribe.
Your subscription will continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at checkout and below.
Cancellation process: Recurring subscriptions, where offered, may be cancelled by contacting us at [email protected] or by using any cancellation method provided through the applicable account or payment platform.
Notice required: Unless different cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of purchase, cancellation must be requested before the next scheduled renewal date to prevent the next renewal charge.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
The refund and cancellation policy applicable to your purchase is:
Programs and Professional Trainings: Unless different terms are expressly stated for a particular program, participants in long-form Kabira School of Energy programs may withdraw within the first 14 days of the program. If you withdraw during this period, you will be responsible for the portion of the program already delivered or made available to you, and any remaining amount paid will be refunded and future scheduled payments cancelled.
After the 14-day withdrawal period, enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full program and full tuition, including where tuition is being paid through a payment plan. A payment plan changes the timing of payment and does not convert the program into a month-to-month membership.
Digital Products, Short Courses, Workshops and Events: Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales or checkout page, purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided or the event or program has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Private Sessions: Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or replacement session, except where otherwise agreed by us or required by applicable law.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Where a significant unforeseen life event affects your ability to continue a longer program, please contact us. At our discretion, and where appropriate, we may consider options such as pausing participation or transferring participation to a future cohort. This does not create an automatic right to a refund, pause or transfer.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, cooling-off or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Events, Workshops and Appointments
For scheduled events, workshops, consultations or appointments, you are responsible for attending at the stated date and time.
Our cancellation or rescheduling policy is:
Private appointments and sessions: We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a private appointment or session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund or replacement session, except where otherwise agreed by us or required by applicable law.
Workshops and events: Cancellation, transfer and refund terms for individual workshops and events will be stated on the applicable registration or sales page. Where no separate policy is stated, registration fees are non-refundable once the event has begun or access to event materials has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to reschedule an event, call or session where reasonably necessary. Where this occurs, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, an alternative date or arrangement.

Access is personal to you and may not be shared with another individual unless expressly authorised by us.
